At Fissler, we stand behind the premium quality of our German-engineered cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused cookware in its original Fissler box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
